Two-Way-Switch
Controlled flow – flexible process management.
Do you want to have the flow of materials in the pipeline to be directed in two different directions? Then REMBE® Kersting has developed exactly the right system for you. With this Two-Way-Switch your bulk material can be easily conducted in two different flow directions.
You would like to sample this material too? No problem! The Two-Way-Switch can be mounted directly below a REMBE® Kerstingsampler. Alternatively you can use one of the two material flow directions to lead to a sample collection system such as the LayFlat.
Operation
The bulk material which flows through the pipeline from above (cp. ill.) can be transferred into another pipeline by rotating the Two-Way-Switch (cp. ill. right pipe). Thereby stopping its flow into the preview pipeline (cp. ill. left pipe). This system allows a controlled flow as well as flexible process control.
