On-line Analysis with Sample Collection Cabinet

Inline sampling is the foundation upon which quality control takes place. It describes the extraction of a sample from closed processes. After extraction, the real challenge begins. The higher the desired level of automation for sampling, the more it requires connected systems to increase reaction time and sample accuracy. REMBE Kersting on-line analysis systems, in combination with sampling systems, ensure a process-close analysis result and short reaction times. To ensure that the identified properties of the sample are not altered or even contaminated, collection systems tailored to the application are used additionally.

The REMBE Kersting sample collection cabinet ensures contamination-free filling of a taken sample. Depending on quality standards, samples can be collected in bottles, bags, or other containers. The systems range from a robust bottle magazine solution where the sample bottles are filled one after the other, to packing machines that collect the material in bags and then seal them contamination-free.
