With the SAMflow, sampling of powder and granules from pneumatic conveying lines is effortlessly possible. This device uses the conveying pressure of the process almost automatically for sample extraction. It uses the existing pressure to direct small amounts into a sample container at high-frequency intervals. The sample collected in this way represents the entire conveying quantity.

The SAMflow avoids abrasion and is easy to integrate into an existing process. Thanks to its hygienic design, it is ideal for the food industry. In addition, it does not directly interfere with the process line, which simplifies its handling and maintenance. The SAMflow is approved for a working pressure of up to 3.5 bar, making it a versatile choice for a variety of applications.
